Not everything that is related to a keyword shows up in search. Having done all of that, you can now basically unblock the things you want to allow. Scroll through that list and block anything that didn't get caught by the step 2. It is easier to do it by Category, anything blocked will be greyed out, so scan for bright squares. Step 3 is to Browse by category, which allows you to block/unblock by hand. It will also have a button that says "Block X Items" where you can block everything with that keyword. Having done that, you can block any content with that keyword, separated by category (Books or Apps). Then, under "Remove Content", choose "Remove unwanted Freetime items" and you'll get a search where you can enter keywords (Barbie or Hot Wheels, for example). In the settings there is a section called "Manage your child's content" where you can set the age filter and add/remove content.įirst set an appropriate age, and Freetime will block anything not within that age range, There is (sort of) but it is very tedious and time consuming because there is no default "Block All" option as far as I know.
